- Seamless connection with Tournated tournament software
- Easy setup for organizers
- Designed for courts, venues, and federations
Americano & Swiss Formats (Beta)
We introduced a new “Pairings & Standings” block to support popular recreational formats:
This allows organizers to manage non-elimination formats with automated standings and pairings.
WTN (World Tennis Number) Integration
Tournated is now fully integrated with World Tennis Number (WTN).
- One-click submission of tournament results to WTN
- No manual exports or uploads
- Fully aligned with WTN requirements
⚙️ Core Flow Improvements
Automated Rankings Updates
- Set a fixed recurring date & time
- Rankings update automatically without manual action
- Eliminates dependency on administrators logging in at specific times
Matches Drag & Drop (Order of Play)
Introduced an advanced Matches management block based on referee and organizer feedback.
- Filter matches by:
- Category
- Bracket
- Round
- Match status
- Drag & drop matches directly into the schedule
- Significantly reduces manual effort and scheduling errors
Automated Final Standings
Final standings submission has been fully reworked.
- Supports all draw types:
- Main draw
- Qualification
- Consolation
- Groups
- Automatically assigns places and ranking points
- No manual calculations required
Draws Connection & Future Match Visibility
- All draw positions are fully connected
- More reliable automatic movement across draws
- Order of Play generation:
- Considers future byes
- Avoids generating invalid matches
-
Future matchups clearly displayed
(e.g. Winner of QF M1 vs Winner of QF M2)
Automated First Match Loser Consolation (FMLC)
- Enabled directly when creating the main draw
- Losers of first matches are automatically placed into correct FMLC positions
- Main draw and consolation draw are fully connected
- Supports the US-style back draw format
⚠️ Please note:
- This is not the standard ITF consolation format
- Logic follows the format commonly used in the USA
- Losers from specific rounds are placed into predefined FMLC positions
- Second-round losers may enter FMLC via a bye position if it was their first played match
This removes all manual setup of consolation draws and ensures correct bracket logic.
Buy Licence for Linked Accounts
- Bulk licence purchases for linked accounts
- Club managers can buy federation licences for all linked athletes at once
- Coaches and parents can manage and pay for licences of linked players
- Eliminates individual licence purchases per athlete
- Reduces administrative workload for clubs and federations
This significantly simplifies licence management and payment flows across clubs, teams, and families.
